What To Do Immediately
Follow these steps to maximize the chance of saving your device.
- Turn it OFF. Hold the power button for 10 seconds until it forces a shutdown.
- Unplug it. Remove the charger immediately.
- Remove Battery. If your laptop has a removable battery, take it out.
- Flip it (Tent Mode). Open the laptop and turn it upside down to stop liquid reaching the motherboard.
- Call Us. Do not try to turn it back on. Bring it to the shop ASAP.

My laptop works fine after a spill, do I need cleaning?
Yes! Residue dries and becomes acidic. It "eats" the metal over weeks. It might work now but fail in a month. Preventive cleaning is much cheaper than board repair.
