Corrosion Removal
Liquid damage isn't just about being wet; it's about the chemical reaction that follows. Oxidation eats away the metal connections on your board. We rebuild them.
The "Green Death"
When electricity meets water on electronics, it creates copper oxide (green rust). This breaks the connection between parts and can bridge connections that shouldn't touch.
We use high-powered microscopes to inspect every inch of the board. We mechanically scrape away the corrosion, tin the pads with fresh solder, and if necessary, run tiny jumper wires to reconnect broken paths.
Advanced Repair
Visual Inspection
We find damage invisible to the naked eye using lab-grade optics.
Rust Scraping
Careful removal of oxidation without damaging the delicate PCB layers beneath.
Trace Jumping
Using hair-thin wire to bypass damaged sections of the circuit board.
