Failing Drive Rescue
Is your computer freezing, making clicking noises, or taking 20 minutes to open a folder? Your hard drive is dying. We can rescue it before it's too late.
The Window of Opportunity
Hard drives rarely die instantly. They usually give warning signs: slow access times, disappearing files, or the dreaded "Click of Death." This is the Critical Failing Stage.
At this stage, you have a limited number of "reads" left before the drive fails catastrophically. Attempting to copy files using Windows Explorer usually freezes the computer and damages the drive further.
Hardware Cloning: The Safe Way
We use specialized hardware imaging tools (like DeepSpar or RapidSpar) that talk directly to the drive controller. We perform a Sector-by-Sector Clone.
- Skip Bad Sectors: Unlike Windows, our tools don't crash when they hit a bad block. They skip it, log it, and continue to rescue the good data.
- Read Retries: We can gently coax data out of weak sectors by adjusting the voltage and read timing.
- Write Blocking: We ensure no data is written to the failing drive, preventing further corruption.
The Upgrade Rescue
Once we have successfully cloned your failing mechanical drive to a healthy image, we write that image to a brand new, ultra-fast SSD (Solid State Drive). We then install this SSD into your laptop.
The result? You get your computer back exactly as it was—same wallpaper, same files, same programs—but it is now stable and 10x faster. It's a repair and an upgrade in one.
When Cloning Fails
If the drive head has physically touched the platter (head crash), software recovery is impossible. In these cases, we partner with a Tier-1 Cleanroom facility to perform physical reconstruction. We offer a transparent "No Data, No Fee" assessment for these advanced cases.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if my drive is failing?
Listen for clicking, grinding, or beeping noises. Also, if saving files takes forever or Windows runs CheckDisk (chkdsk) on startup, shutdown immediately and call us. Continuing to use the drive will destroy data.
Should I put my drive in the freezer?
NO! This is an old myth. It causes condensation inside the drive platters, destroying the data instantly. Never open the drive lid yourself.
