Types of Threats
1. Keyloggers
Software or hardware that records every button you press. This is how hackers steal passwords. We scan for software keyloggers and physically inspect ports for hardware loggers.
2. RATs (Remote Access Trojans)
A RAT allows a hacker to control your mouse and keyboard from another country. If you see your cursor moving on its own or programs opening, disconnect from the internet immediately and call us.
3. Stalkerware
Often installed by jealous partners or suspicious employers. These apps track GPS location, read messages, and view browser history. We identify these "legitimate" spying apps and remove them.

Can you tell who installed it?
Sometimes. Digital forensics can reveal the IP address the data was sent to or the email used to register the spyware. However, smart hackers use VPNs to hide their tracks.
Is my webcam safe?
Software hacks can disable the LED light on some older webcams. For 100% peace of mind, we recommend a physical webcam cover (a sliding plastic shutter) which we sell in store.
Do you check phones too?
Yes. We can scan Androids and iPhones for "Jailbreak" or "Root" software that allows spyware to function. Mobile spyware is increasingly common.
