Types of Screen Damage

• Cracked Glass: Physical cracks across the screen. On new Macs, the glass and LCD are fused, so the whole lid needs replacing.
• Vertical Lines: Often caused by pressure damaging the delicate flex cables connecting the screen to the board.
• "Stage Light" Effect: This "Flexgate" issue affects 2016-2018 MacBook Pros where the backlight cable tears, looking like spotlights at the bottom of the screen.
• Dead Pixels: Black or colored dots that never change.

Original vs. Copy Screens

We believe in quality. A cheap screen will have poor color accuracy, lower brightness, and "True Tone" functionality may not work. We use Original LCD panels. This ensures your color grading, photo editing, and movie watching experience remains exactly as Apple intended.

The Repair Process

Replacing a MacBook screen is delicate work. It involves disconnecting the battery (safety first!), removing the Wi-Fi antenna bar, and unscrewing the hinges. We transfer your existing lid angle sensor (on newer models) to ensure the sleep/wake function works correctly.
