Cracked Screen Repair
Accidents happen. Dropped your laptop? Stepped on it? We replace smashed screens in under an hour.
Is It Just the Glass or the Screen?
On older laptops, the protective glass and the LCD screen were separate. On modern laptops (post-2015), they are usually a fused unit. If you see "bleeding" (black ink spots) or spiderweb cracks, the entire panel needs changing.
We stock screens for 90% of laptops, allowing us to perform the repair while you wait. We carefully remove the bezel, disconnect the battery (crucial for safety), and install the new panel.
Types of Physical Damage
Spiderweb Cracks
Impact damage spreading from a single point. Dangerous due to falling glass shards.
LCD Bleed
Black or purple blotches that look like ink. This is liquid crystal leaking inside the panel.
Pressure Marks
Bright white spots caused by pressure from behind the screen (often from a dented lid).
