Over years of use, Windows accumulates junk—old registry keys from uninstalled games, temporary files, and duplicate drivers. This "digital rot" is why your PC feels slower today than when you bought it.
Our "Gold Standard" Setup: We don't just click "Next, Next, Finish." We format the drive completely, install the latest version of Windows 10 or 11, and then manually scour the manufacturer's website for the exact drivers your hardware needs.
The result is a computer that runs faster than new, because it doesn't have the "bloatware" (McAfee trials, Candy Crush) that HP and Dell include at the factory.

1. Fresh Start (Format)
The nuclear option. We wipe the drive clean and install Windows from scratch. This is best for severe virus infections or when you want to sell the PC. *Data is deleted in this process unless specified.*
2. Upgrade with Data Retention
Moving from Windows 10 to 11? We can perform an "in-place upgrade" that keeps your photos, documents, and programs exactly where they are, while giving you the new OS features.
3. FreeDOS / Linux to Windows
Did you buy a laptop (like MSI or Lenovo) that came with no operating system to save money? We can install a fully licensed version of Windows and set up all the missing drivers for you.
Windows 11 Readiness
Is your PC compatible?
- The Requirements: Official support requires an 8th Gen Intel / Ryzen 2000 CPU and a TPM 2.0 chip.
- The Bypass: For older (but still capable) PCs, we can install Windows 11 safely by bypassing the TPM check, extending the life of your hardware.

How much does the license cost?
If your computer came with Windows 7, 8, or 10 originally, the license key is embedded in the motherboard. We can usually reactivate Windows 10/11 for FREE using your existing digital license.
Do you backup my data?
For a "Fresh Start," data is wiped. If you need data saved, please tell us! We can copy your User folder (Documents, Pictures, Desktop) to an external drive and restore it after the installation for a small fee.
How long does it take?
A standard installation + driver setup takes about 2-3 hours. We verify everything is working (sound, Wi-Fi, video playback) before handing it back.
