Why is my Computer Slow?
If your computer is more than 3-4 years old, it likely runs on a mechanical Hard Disk Drive (HDD). These drives have spinning platters inside. Over time, they degrade and slow down.
The Solution: An SSD has no moving parts. It uses flash memory (like a giant USB stick) to access data instantly. Windows boots in seconds, not minutes. Chrome opens instantly.

Our Process: Zero Data Loss
1. The Clone
We don't just reinstall Windows and leave you to find your files. We perform a bit-by-bit clone of your old drive to the new SSD. This copies your photos, documents, passwords, bookmarks, and even your desktop wallpaper.
2. The Swap
We physically remove the old, noisy, power-hungry HDD and install a brand new reliable SSD (Samsung, Crucial, or Kingston) into your laptop or desktop.
3. The Optimization
We enable TRIM support in Windows to keep the SSD healthy, and we clean up any junk files from the cloning process. You get back a PC that looks exactly the same, but runs 10x faster.

- M.2 NVMe SSD: The gold standard. Tiny stick that plugs directly into the motherboard. 20x-30x faster than HDD.

What about my old drive?
It's yours.
We return the old drive to you. You can keep it as a backup, or we can put it into an external USB case for you to use as a portable hard drive (extra £15).

Will I lose my programs?
No. Microsoft Office, Photoshop, games, and saved passwords all transfer over exactly as they were.
How much storage do I need?
Most people need 500GB or 1TB. If you store lots of photos and games, we recommend 1TB. SSD prices have dropped significantly recently!
How long does it take?
Cloning depends on how much data you have. Usually, we can complete the job within 24 hours.
