No. Just bring the tower (base unit). We have all the cables, monitors, and keyboards needed for testing in our workshop.
How long does it take?

Can you come to my house?
We offer remote support for software issues. For hardware repairs, it's best to bring it to our workshop where we have specialized tools and dust extraction.
